We strive to provide efficient order processing and take pride in having some of fastest build times in our industry. Depending upon the complexity of your build or other factors, certain orders may require additional build time. If we require any additional information, our team will directly contact you using the contact details provided with your order. Once your order is marked as complete, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information for your convenience. The shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method you selected during the checkout process.

When your order status shows as ‘processing,’ it means your order has been successfully submitted and is now in our order queue. Our team is gathering and preparing all necessary parts and materials, and getting your order ready for the build process and/or fulfillment. As our team works on your order, your order status will update and you will also receive email notifications with our progress.

Build Time refers to the estimated length of time our team needs to build your controller to your specifications, which includes quality testing upon completion of your build. Additional test time may be necessary depending upon the complexity of your build.

Shipping time refers to the estimated length of time that Shipping Service Providers may take to deliver your package to you once it leaves our shop.

Please note all times are estimated and actual times may vary depending upon a variety of factors. All estimates are in business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, if the price is not valid or posted in error at the time of your order submission. Please refer to our Terms Of Service for additional details.

Once your package is picked up from our shop by the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with shipment tracking information. Tracking information may take time to update, as packages move within the shipping carrier’s network. Shipping time is dependent on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order is picked up from our shop by the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your shipment tracking information. You can use your tracking number in the associated shipping carrier’s website to view the latest status of your shipment.

Please note that tracking information will not be available until your order is complete ready for shipping.

UNITED STATES:

• STANDARD SHIPPING – 3 to 5 business days for standard ground delivery.
• EXPRESS SHIPPING – 2 to 3 business days from when your order is shipped from our shop.

CANADA:

• STANDARD SHIPPING – 4 to 7 business days

The shipping times offered are estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Actual shipping times may vary depending upon a variety of factors such as inclement weather, and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to change or upgrade your shipping method, please reach out to our team via our contact form as soon as possible and one of our team members will assist you. We will need written communication through the email address used to make the original purchase in order to honor any shipping change requests. Please note that shipping method changes or upgrades can only be made while your order is being processed and only up to 24 hours prior to your package leaving our shop. Otherwise, all packages will be shipped using your originally selected shipping method at the time your order was purchased.

Please note additional postage charges may be due if you choose to upgrade your shipping speed.

If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to our team via our contact form as soon as possible and one of our team members will assist you. We will need written communication through the email address used to make the original purchase in order to honor any address change requests. Please note that shipping address changes can only be made while your order is being processed and only up to 24 hours prior to your package leaving our shop. Otherwise, all packages will be shipped to your selected Shipping Address at the time your order was purchased.

Nagashock Gaming ships products to all 50 states within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to various import fees imposed by the destination country. All charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled promptly by the customer to avoid any delays or issues with the shipment.

The following mods are covered under standard warranty if installed on your controller:

• Digital Click® Triggers and Bumpers
• Digital Click® Front Buttons
• Back Buttons
• USB-C Conversion Mods
• PRO-Wired Mods
• Controller motherboard, Tension mods, and Stick Drift are covered up to 45 days from the date specified on your warranty card. 

You also have an option to purchase upgraded warranty when customizing a new controller through our builders.

No warranty is given for:

• damage resulting from normal wear-and-tear and normal usage.
• damage resulting from improper use (breakage, liquid damage, damage from blunt force, excessive use of force on moving parts).
• controller which has been opened (i.e. has a broken warranty seal)

Yes. If you need repairs on your controller, our team can help. You can mail your controller to our shop, and our team will inspect and repair your controller so you can be back to gaming as quickly as possible! To initiate a repair, please visit our Rework & Repairs service page.

According to our policy and terms of warranty: if your controller has been opened, it is not covered by our warranty.

This means that if you decide to open or repair the controller by yourself, and are unsuccessful, your warranty with us would be voided and the repair would be chargeable.

We do not recommend opening/repairing your controller without first contacting our customer service. Our team always works with you to find the best solution to help you if an issue with your controller should appear.

Repairs typically take approximately 5-10 business days to complete on average. Please note repair times are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and the specific conditions of the product under repair.

The Rework option offers our customers the flexibility to make changes to their custom Nagashock controller within the first 90 days of purchase. If you want to add, remove, or upgrade mods on your controller, you can take advantage of our Rework service. 

Repair services, whether covered by warranty or not, are offered to customers to restore their Nagashock controller`s functionality while keeping their controller build configuration unmodified.

Yes, our team has the tools and experience required to properly diagnose, repair, and calibrate your controller if stick drift is affecting its performance. You can check operation of your controller’s analog sticks on using our Controller Tester link.

All of our controllers start their life as genuine, brand new, original SONY Playstation or Microsoft Xbox controllers. Upon placing your order, our team opens a brand new controller fresh from its factory box, and we mod it according to the specifications on your order. 

Back buttons are additional input controls located on the back side of the controller where your fingers naturally rest. Our back buttons provide gamers with quick and convenient access to various in-game functions like jumping, crouching, reloading, or switching weapons without the need to move their thumbs away from the thumbsticks or other primary controls on the front of the controller. This allows for more seamless and efficient gameplay, allowing players to execute complex maneuvers and actions with greater speed and precision.

Thumbstick Tension refers to the resistance or firmness of the thumbsticks on a pro gaming controller. It determines how easy or difficult it is to move the thumbsticks, impacting your control and precision in games.

Higher tension provides more resistance, making it ideal for precise aiming in shooting games, while lower tension allows for smoother and quicker movements, suitable for rapid actions in fast-paced games.

When customizing your Nagashock controller, you have the option to select from various thumbstick tension levels. The choice empowers you to the perfect balance between accuracy and easy of movement, catering to a wide range of gaming scenarios.

Whether you prefer a tighter or looser feel, thumbstick tension plays a significant role in your gaming experience. It’s essential to choose tension level that aligns with your preferences, ensuring optimal control and comfort during extended gaming sessions.

Unlike traditional analog buttons, Digital Click® Bumpers and Triggers provide an instantaneous response with the slightest press, giving you a lightning-fast reaction time that can make a significant difference in competitive gaming scenarios.

Here’s how they work:

Digital Click® Bumpers: These are the responsive counterparts to the shoulder bumpers (LB and RB on Xbox controllers, L1 and R1 on PlayStation controllers). When you lightly tap a digital click bumper, it registers an input immediately, allowing for rapid and precise in-game actions like weapon swaps or item usage. This can be especially advantageous in games where split-second decisions matter.

Digital Click® Triggers: Similarly, digital click triggers are the enhanced versions of the standard trigger buttons (LT and RT on Xbox controllers, L2 and R2 on PlayStation controllers). With digital click triggers, even the slightest pull registers as an input, ensuring that your character in the game fires a weapon or performs an action without delay. This level of responsiveness can be a game-changer, particularly in shooter games where quick shooting mechanics are crucial.

Digital Click® D-Pad and Face Buttons are a unique feature of Nagashock controllers. These buttons provide a distinct advantage by converting the analog front buttons of the controller into digital buttons, delivering tactile and audible feedback when pressed. Unlike traditional buttons, Digital Click® buttons offer a satisfying click sensation, similar to a mouse click, and provide instant input registration. This enhanced feedback allows for precise and responsive inputs, ensuring you never miss a crucial action in your games. Whether you’re executing complex combos or need quick, accurate inputs, our Digital Click® D-Pad and Face Buttons elevate your gaming experience to a new level of precision and control.

Our team has pioneered and introduced USB communicaiton technology that allows us to upgrade the stock USB Micro B input on PlayStation 4 controllers to USB Type C connection. The USB C conversion provides a more solid connection from your controller to your console/PC without data loss and with improved robustness. 

Our PRO-Wired mod is exclusively available for PlayStation 4 controllers. It replaces the standard USB Micro B connection with a permanently wired connection, ensuring a stable, error-free connection that will not disconnect during gameplay.
