Warranty Information
New Purchases
The following policies are applicable to Nagashock.com and Nagashock LLC (hereinafter Nagashock Gaming) products. We will always work with you to resolve issues, please contact us if we can be of assistance. Please read thoroughly as our warranties have been updated.
We are happy to offer our customers the following choices of warranties for our authentic controllers:
90 Day Standard Warranty
Provided free of charge with every controller, and covers any issues resulting from the customization or modification process for up to 90 days from the built date specified on your warranty card. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop.
1 Year Deluxe Warranty
A single-use warranty available for purchase, and covers any issues resulting from the customization or modification process for up to 1 year from the built date specified on your warranty card. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop. After a controller has used its single-use Deluxe Warranty, continued coverage can be re-purchased once again for continued coverage of the controller for 1 year from the date of the repair delivery, if approved.
The following mods are covered under warranty if installed on your controller:

- Digital Click® Triggers and Bumpers
- Digital Click® Front Buttons
- Back Buttons
- USB-C Conversion Mods
- PRO-Wired Mods
- Falcon® High-Precision Anti-Drift Hall Effect thumbsticks
- Standard Anti-Drift Hall Effect thumbsticks
- Stick Drift on stock thumbsticks
- Controller motherboard, Programmable Remap, and Tension mods
If you are experiencing issues covered under our warranty and meet the guidelines specified above, please contact our customer support at support@nagashock.com prior to shipping back your controller for warranty service. To validate the authenticity of your purchase, you must also provide us with the original warranty card with its certificate of authenticity that was included with your original Nagashock controller. Our customer support will be in touch with you within 48 hours so please make sure you provide us with your current contact information, as well as an email address you check often and the time(s) during the day to best contact you. Nagashock Gaming will not honor warranties on controllers that were not purchased directly through our website.
Please note that your warranty is void if the warranty seal on your controller is damaged, peeled, removed, or if the controller has been opened in any way. Our warranty covers our work and the parts that were modded by Nagashock Gaming during the process of building your custom controller. Damage to the digital click mechanisms and back buttons due to excessive pressure will be covered once under warranty during the Standard Warranty period. Any subsequent repairs that are deemed to be caused by excessive pressure to the digital click mechanisms or back buttons will result in a fee to repair.
The following issues are not covered under any warranty:

- Damage to our parts due to blunt force (for example: dropping the controller on a hard surface, throwing the controller after a frustrating match)
- Normal “Wear and Tear” on the controller (parts and components will deteriorate over time with use)
- Damage to the controller after exposure to water or fire
- Crushed, cracked, or deformed cases
- USB charging port issues
- Wireless connectivity issues
- Speakers/mic issues
- Non-registering button issues
- Light bar issues
If you are experiencing any of the above issues not covered under warranty, or your controller is currently out of warranty, we can still work with you. Please reach out to us at support@nagashock.com with a description of the specific issue you are experiencing, and our team will work with you and provide you with our recommendations for repair.
Rework Purchases
Please note that Rework orders will not extend your warranty on parts that are original to the controller or those that were modded during your original order and were not modified during the Rework service. If, during the warranty period, you experience issues on parts that were not modded by our team per the Rework order, please refer back to the warranty coverage you selected on your original controller purchase.
