In order to protect our intellectual property, all our custom controllers may be equipped with temper-proof fasteners which are installed for the life of the controller. We will not honor requests to remove the temper-proof fasteners during and/or after expiration of your warranty. We reserve the right to withhold information pertaining to the temper-proof fasters and/or internal modifications on our products as well as all the information related to our engineering designs and the methodology used to modify Nagashock Gaming products. The Nagashock Gaming name, logo, website and products are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Nagashock LLC. Nagashock Gaming is not associated with any third-party company or website named under this agreement or throughout our website, therefore Nagashock Gaming is not associated with them or their liability.

We use payment gateways to process payment transactions for customer purchases. Nagashock Gaming and our personnel do not have access to see, manage, or retain any of your payment and financial information. You may contact your payment institution directly for any payment-related concerns. In no event shall Nagashock Gaming and/or our suppliers be held liable for any type of damages, including but not limited to damages in any way connected to the use of our products and services that may result in the loss data, profits, use of the product, physical harm or injury, or property damage. Our liability is limited to the value of the Nagashock Gaming product purchased directly via our website and not through a third-party vendor. Your personal information such as your name, mailing address, billing address, phone number, email address and custom controller order(s) details are collected at the time of purchase and will be kept confidential by our staff. Our team will not disclose any information pertaining to you and/or your order with anyone other than you. Our team will only discuss details about your order exclusively with you; for this reason, we may ask you to verify information to ensure we are talking to you, and for this purpose we may contact you by phone and/or email to authenticate any requests related to your order (for full details refer to our Privacy Policy). Failure to correctly answer the questions our team will ask will terminate any requests received to modify or cancel your orders. Requests to modify or cancel your order must be received within 48 hours of the original purchase date and must be made prior to the shipment of your product. Once your product has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.

Nagashock Gaming is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any weather-related delays or delays caused by the shipping provider`s means of transportation.  We package our products with extra cushion and care, but we are not responsible if your package has been damaged in-transit. Please check the spelling of the name and address you provide before you place your order as we are not responsible for any misspellings that may cause your package to be misplaced.  If you experience any issues with the shipping of your order or the condition in which your package arrived, please use the tracking number provided with your order completion information to contact the shipping company directly.

Our custom controllers are crafted to meet the individual specifications of each customer. We highly encourage utilizing our Rework service, which allows customers to modify and re-customize their controller’s mods before considering a return. In the event that you still wish to initiate a return, you are required to initiate contact with us via email within 5-days of receiving your order. Our team will promptly acknowledge your request and provide detailed instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs and must mail the controller(s) within 3-days of receiving approval to initiate the return. The customer must provide proof of shipping purchase by sharing the tracking information via email for their returned package. If the tracking information does not update within 3-days, it is understood the controller(s) has not been mailed within the specified timeframe, and the request for refund will be considered void and no further action will be taken. Upon arrival, the controller(s) will be inspected by one of our certified technicians. Controllers that have been opened, altered, or tampered with will not qualify for a return or a refund. The controller(s) should exhibit no signs of wear and tear, or physical damage. All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. Refund eligibility may also be affected by the condition of the returned item. Please note that custom graphics fees, expedited build time, and original shipping fees cannot be reimbursed. Approved refunds will be sent through the original payment processor used during order placement.
