REWORK CUSTOMIZER
We offer a Rework opportunity for our existing customers who want to change or add features to their original Nagashock controllers within 90-days from the built date specified on your warranty card. If you change your mind about the back button positions, want to add a remap chip to your controller, or upgrade to a brand-new front shell -- we got you covered! Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the controller to our shop; our team will then work on your Rework order and mail the controller back to you with your selected shipping speed.
Upon purchase and selection of your rework options, you will mail your existing Nagashock controller to our Nagashock headquarters and we will rework your controller the way you specified on your order. Below you will find our MAILING ADDRESS:

Please use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days, or USPS Retail Ground to send-in the controller to us. (UPS/FedEx tend not to deliver after-hours in our area, therefore regular Post Office services are recommended).
Kindly send an email to support@nagashock.com once you have mailed your controller referencing your Rework order number so that our team is aware your package is on its way, and we can start working on your order as soon as possible.
Note: The Rework feature is not a send-in service option to modify controllers not purchased directly from Nagashock Gaming. The Rework feature is not intended for warranty repairs; please visit the Warranty Information page if you are experiencing any issues with your custom controller and our team will work with you on any warranty/repair needs.
