Please note our shipping charges have a set price in accordance with the latest rates offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Standard Shipping, and United Parcel Service (UPS) for Priority Shipping. The prices listed take into account the added weight of your custom controller plus packaging, and any accessories you may have purchased. Please see below our current shipping rates:

Note: Based on your specific location and the shipping speed you purchased we may select a different provider that can deliver to your address in the shortest amount of time. (Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending upon your location in relation to our headquarters).
Packages are usually delivered during business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), and during normal business hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with your tracking number which you may use to track your package. We strongly suggest that you track your shipment to view the estimated delivery date (and the window of time, if this information is displayed) so that you are available to receive the package.
Once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider, Nagashock Gaming is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any weather-related delays or delays caused by the shipping provider`s means of transportation. We package our products with extra cushion and care, but we are not responsible if your package has been damaged in-transit. Please check the spelling of the name and address you provide before you place your order as we are not responsible for any misspellings that may cause your package to be misplaced. If you experience any issues with the shipping of your order or the condition in which your package arrived, please use the tracking number that will be provided to contact the shipping company directly.
